OTAPP_PDF
Ứng dụng chuyên biệt hỗ trợ lập, quản lý và xuất Phiếu Đăng Ký Làm Thêm Giờ (PDF) & Phiếu Xuất Kho (Excel / PDF) tốc độ cao.
Tính năng chính
- Giao diện trực quan: Dựng trên nền tảng PyWebView / Microsoft Edge WebView2 mượt mà, thân thiện.
- Tốc độ xử lý siêu nhanh: Điền dữ liệu vào PDF A5 trực tiếp bằng PyMuPDF và phẫu thuật XML Excel không cần cài đặt phần mềm nặng.
- Đồng bộ hóa 2 chiều: Hỗ trợ đồng bộ hóa dữ liệu thời gian thực giữa các máy qua mạng LAN.
- Tự động làm sạch: Quản lý file tạm và nhật ký hoạt động thông minh, không làm rác bộ nhớ máy tính.
Cài đặt
Cài đặt trực tiếp qua pip:
ash
pip install otapp-pdf
Khởi chạy ứng dụng
Chỉ cần mở Terminal (Command Prompt hoặc PowerShell) và gõ:
ash
otapp
Hoặc chạy qua Python module:
ash
python -m otapp
Cập nhật phiên bản mới
ash
pip install --upgrade otapp-pdf
Mẫu biểu (Templates)
Ứng dụng sử dụng 2 mẫu biểu chuẩn:
- Overtime Registration Form (A5).pdf (Phiếu Tăng Ca)
- PHIẾU XUẤT KHO 1.5.xlsm (Phiếu Xuất Kho)
Người dùng có thể đặt các file mẫu trên vào thư mục dữ liệu cá nhân %APPDATA%\OTAPP_PDF\templates\ hoặc thư mục làm việc hiện tại.
