WebRTC VAD plugin for OpenVoiceOS.
Uses webrtcvad to detect voice activity in audio streams.
Install
pip install ovos-vad-plugin-webrtcvad

vad_mode ranges from 0 (least aggressive) to 3 (most aggressive, default).
