PANDORICA

Analytical tools for cryo-electron microscopy.

Currently bundles:

• pandorica.stitch — serial-section tomogram stitcher (MT-based + image-fill, guarded TPS warp, CPU/GPU export).
• pandorica.napari — napari plugin to validate / record ground truth for the stitcher.

Install

pip install pandorica

For the napari validator widgets:

pip install "pandorica[napari]"

Use

# From `tardis_em` (optional dependency):
tardis_stitch <input_dir>

# Or directly:
python -m pandorica.stitch.cli <input_dir>
