Parasend SDK for Python

Status: under development. This 0.0.1a1 pre-release is a placeholder that reserves the project name for the official SDK.

Parasend (by Justikal) is a registered eDelivery API: verified, evidence-backed document delivery at scale, designed to the ETSI EN 319 521/522 standards and eIDAS Article 44, with EEA data residency.

The first usable release will ship together with the public API launch. Until then, nothing in this package is functional.
