A Philips par/rec reader for Python

parrec-reader-py 
parrec-reader is a python library to read Philips par/rec files. XML/rec is not supported yet
Installation
Use the package manager pip to install parrec-reader.
pip install parrec-reader-py
Currently parrec-reader supports python 3.6 and 3.7.
Contributing
Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.
Please make sure to update tests as appropriate.
