parsomics_plugin_clean

A parsomics plugin to populate protein annotations with CLEAN data.

#Background

An official plugin to integrate output files from CLEAN (Contrastive Learning-enabled Enzyme Annotation) into the parsomics project. It was created at the Brazilian Biorenewables National Laboratory (LNBR) within the Brazilian Center for Research in Energy and Materials (CNPEM).
