pathDB-Data-Retriever
pathDB-Data-Retriever is a tool for retrieving pathology images using XLSX manifests.
Installation
Option 1: Install via PyPI
Ensure you have Python 3.11 or later installed.
- Install the package:
pip install pathDB-Data-Retriever
- Run:
pathDB-Data-Retriever
### Option 2: Pre-Built Executable
If you don’t have Python installed or prefer a standalone binary:
1. Visit the [Releases](https://github.com/kirbyju/pathDB-Data-Retriever/releases) page.
2. Download, unzip run the executable for your operating system.
