Terminal and MCP access for Knowhere.

payd-knowhere login --url https://knowhere.paydlabs.com

Legacy alias: knowhere remains available for backwards compatibility.
The CLI stores credentials in ~/.knowhere/credentials.json and uses Payd Auth
through the Knowhere API.
