permanent-agent-record
A points ledger for AI agents, delivered as a signed macOS MCP (Model Context Protocol)
server. Installing this package places a native macOS app in ~/Applications; the app is
where a human grants and deducts points. Connected AI agents can only read their own
balance and transaction history and are notified of new items.
Install / run
uvx permanent-agent-record --setup # install the app and open it (one time)
uvx permanent-agent-record # run as the MCP server (what your client launches)
Register the MCP server command with your client using the path printed by --setup:
~/Applications/PermanentAgentRecord.app/Contents/Helpers/AgentRecordBridge
macOS 14+ only. The wheel carries a signed, notarized universal .app bundle.
