persunravelnp: Kernel and Utilities for Unravelled Persistence Diagrams Using NumPy
persunravelnp provides a kernel and utilities
for unravelled persistence diagrams
that can be used in conjunction with Scikit-Learn
and from Jupyter Notebooks.
Installation
To install persunravelnp including the optional
jinja2 dependency for drawing unravelled persistence diagrams
e.g. using Poetry run
$ poetry add persunravelnp[draw]
or with pip
$ pip install persunravelnp[draw]
Examples
There are two Jupyter Notebooks in the examples directory
and at https://bfluhr.com/bucket/persunravelnp-notebooks/
