Índices Filogenéticos uma biblioteca Python que fornece funções para calcular vários índices de diversidade taxonômica (TD) a partir de histogramas de abundância de espécies. Estes índices são úteis para quantificar a diversidade e a composição de comunidades ecológicas
Funcionalidades:
- Cálculo de riqueza de espécies.
- Cálculo do índice de distinção taxonômica (∆∗).
- Cálculo do índice de diversidade taxonômica (∆).
- Cálculo da entropia quadrática extensiva (F).
- Cálculo da entropia quadrática intensiva (J).
Instalação
pip install phylogenetic-indices
