Pilosa Roaring Bitmaps for Python

This library implements Roaring Bitmaps with Pilosa 64 bit extension, compatible with Pilosa Roaring Bitmap imports.

The purpose of this library is supporting Roaring Bitmap imports with 64bits in the Python client library for Pilosa. Because of that, the implementation only supports adding bits and serializing bitmaps and leaves out many of the features of Roaring Bitmaps, such as removing bits and all bit operations.
