Quick start
pip install pinky-provider
pinky-provider plan --env SANDBOX
pinky-provider apply --env SANDBOX
Scope: MY_DATABASE.MAIN
+ stage/my_stage CREATE
~ procedure/my_sp ALTER (packages updated)
= task/my_task UNCHANGED
