pirn — DEPRECATED (split into pirn-core + domain packages)
This distribution is deprecated and no longer developed.
pirnhas been split into a small core plus independent per-domain packages. Installingpirnnow pulls the split packages for you, but you should depend on them directly.
What to install instead
The core (imports as pirn, provides the pipeline engine + tapestry-check):
pip install pirn-core
Add only the domains you use — each is its own independently versioned package:

Heavy per-domain dependencies live behind that package's extras
(e.g. pip install "pirn-signal[emd]"), so the base install stays small.
Why the split
The monolith bundled every domain's heavy dependencies into one install.
The split lets you take pirn-core plus only the domains you need, and lets
each domain release on its own cadence. See the individual project pages for
details.
What this release is
Version 0.8.1 is a final notice release: a metadata-only package with no
code of its own. It depends on the split packages so existing
pip install pirn / import pirn keeps working, and it exists to point you at
the replacements. No further pirn (monolith) releases are planned.
