CoreFoundation Property List (.plist) and ISO 8601 date string parser

Reads and writes CoreFoundation XML property lists (.plist files).
Includes Cocoa-style Data and Date (datetime) objects. The Date objects includes an ISO8601 string parser and implements reference date methods.
