polymarket-bot
This is a reserved package name — a security-research placeholder with no functionality.
It exists to hold the name against squatting abuse and to measure organic install demand via PyPI's public download statistics. It contains no code, no dependencies, no install-time behavior, and makes no network calls.
If you installed this expecting Polymarket trading automation: this is not it. Well-known open-source options include poly-maker (warproxxx on GitHub) and the official py-clob-client. Install software only from official repositories, and check the exact package name before running pip install.
