Installable Hermes plugin providing a stable Priority ERP accounting toolset, read-only domain skills, invoice intake and validation, and a draft-only supplier-invoice workflow.

The plugin registers through the hermes_agent.plugins entry-point group as priority-erp. The host deployment supplies vanilla Hermes, Canon messaging, one separately selected tenant policy, one durable customer skill, and the agent's private skills and memory.

Customer identities, endpoints, company mappings, mutable customer knowledge, and deployment credentials are deliberately not part of this distribution. The plugin accepts only the deployment-selected policy and exposes no generic model-controlled live mutation interface.

Python 3.12 or newer is required. The bundled Priority CLI requires Node.js 24.18 or newer at runtime. OCR uses regional Google Cloud Vision for every selected PDF/image page and has no alternate extraction engine. Provider configuration and credentials remain outside the model-facing tool schema.

The public model surface is deliberately small: priority_cli for broad reads and dry runs, ocr_extract for document evidence, priority_invoice for the one case-based draft workflow, and priority_autonomy_settings for an authenticated user's explicit autonomy request.
