Local web GUI to browse a directory, select files, and compile them into a single text file.

Project Code Browser
A small tool that opens a local web GUI to:
- Browse a directory tree starting from a given root.
- Select files and directories (directory selection toggles all children).
- Exclude files/dirs using a CSV "exclusions" filter.
- Compile the selected files into a single
project_code.txtfor download. - Exit the server from the web UI.
