PROOF9 is the 9-gate, evidence-based quality system built into CodeFRAME: capture a glitch as a requirement, attach gate obligations to it, and block the merge until the evidence is there.
This release is a placeholder. PROOF9 ships today as part of CodeFRAME:
uv tool install codeframe-ai
cf proof run
A standalone proof9 distribution is planned under this name.
