Compose Pandas dataframes from data retrieved from the following services

+ historical weather condition time series at stations across the US from Weather_Underground_
+ natural language tweets from the Twitter_API_
- oregon campaign finance transactions from Hack_Oregon_
- financial market data from yahoo_finance_
