My personal collection of python utility functions.
pvirie-gcp
This module contains utility functions for working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Installation
- Install python gcloud sdk.
- For macOS users, copy the gcloud sdk folder to
/Users/<username>/ - Add environment
GCP_CREDENTIALSwith the path to the GCP credentials file. - Install additional dependencies for each service you want to use. For example, to use Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Logging, Secret Manager, and IAM, run the following command:
pip install google-cloud-storage google-cloud-bigquery google-cloud-pubsub google-cloud-logging google-cloud-secret-manager google-cloud-iam
