Cancer biology and oncology: driver genes, mutation classification, signaling pathways, clinical trials search, and PWM registry benchmarking.

Project description

pwm-agent-cancer

The PWM Cancer-biology agent — oncology and computational cancer biology: driver-gene lookup, somatic variant classification, signaling-pathway compendium, clinical-trials search, and PWM registry benchmarking. It runs on the shared pwm-agent-core runtime.

Install:

pip install pwm-agent-cancer

Log in and run standalone:

pwm-cancer login
pwm-cancer

It also embeds into AI4Science automatically once installed — AI4Science discovers it via the pwm_agent.specs entry point, so cancer shows up as a selectable agent alongside the built-in modes with no extra configuration.
