px-eh

One simple Flask login/session practical for Python IDLE. Python 3.10+ with Tk and IDLE is required. Flask is installed automatically.

Restart IDLE, open File → New File, type #!flask on its own line, and press Enter. Save the inserted code as flask_login.py and press F5. Open http://127.0.0.1:5000/ and log in with admin / admin123 or guest / guest123. Use Shell → Restart Shell to stop the server.

#! shows the catalogue. #> also works when neither px-idle nor px-stat is enabled. Arrow keys select; Enter or Tab inserts; Escape dismisses. Expansion works in Editor windows and is one undo operation.

The practical retains the supplied weak demo key and credentials for the local session-cookie exercise. HTML is decoded into actual tags. Flask's reloader is disabled so F5 runs one server in IDLE, bound to 127.0.0.1.
