Simple wrapper around py-solc-x. Needs solc binary in PATH

A simple wrapper around py-solc. When installed, places py_solc_simple executable in your $PATH.
Note! Use imports of following form:
import "ERC20.sol";import "./ERC20.sol";
but not:
import "./tokens/ERC20.sol";
