Fission Track Modelling and Analysis with python

pyFTracks is a Python utility to calculate fission track thermochronological data.

Installation

pip install pyFTracks

Dependencies

Running this code requires the following packages to be installed:

  • Python 2.7.x and above

  • Numpy 1.9 and above

  • Matplotlib

  • Cython

  • pint

  • scipy

  • pandas

  • tables
