pyseqrna
pySeqRNA: a python-based package for RNASeq data analysis
Installation
Download the installer: Miniconda installer for Linux.
conda env create -f pyseqrna_environment.yml
conda activate pyseqrna_0.0.2
pip install .
Run pyseqrna
pyseqrna -h
