pyacquisition is a Python package for controlling laboratory instruments and
recording scientific data. Compose your own tasks to build automated
experiments, using ready-made instruments or your own, and write only the logic
that is unique to your science. Scheduling, logging, data files, live graphing
and a full GUI all come free.
pip install pyacquisition

Everything lives at pyacquisition.readthedocs.io: installation, a step-by-step tutorial, the supported instruments, and the full API reference.

PyAcquisition is free software, under the GNU General Public License, version 3 only (GPL-3.0-only). Use it, change it and share it: anything you distribute that is built on it is under the GPL too. Versions up to 0.3.4 were released under the MIT License, and stay under it.
