PyBuild-exe

Compile Python into .exe — Windows-only Python packager with C# launcher.

Features

Portable mode: All files in one folder (~100MB), no Python installation needed
Single-file mode: One .exe (~38MB) with ZIP extraction
Smart import tracing: Only collects modules actually used
Asset reference detection: AST scan for file references in code
.pyc source protection: Compiles to bytecode
C# launcher: Windows native, no Python at runtime
Icon support: Any image format auto-converted to .ico

pip install pybuild-exe

# Pack with config
pybuild --config

# Pack specific script
pybuild main.py --output MyApp --console

# Interactive mode
pybuild
