System requirements:

Usage

from pycaw.pycaw import AudioUtilities, IAudioEndpointVolume
devices = AudioUtilities.GetSpeakers()
interface = devices.Activate(
    IAudioEndpointVolume._iid_, CLSCTX_ALL, None)
volume = interface.QueryInterface(IAudioEndpointVolume)
