rpcclient for connecting with the rpcserver

Description
Simple utility for quickly generating changelogs, assuming your commits are ordered as they should be. By default this
tool logs commits from HEAD back to the latest created tag. You can also provide a specific tag and log from that tag
until now.
Installation
python3 -m pip install --user -U pychangelog2
Example
➜ pychangelog2 git:(master) ✗ pychangelog2 <path to some repo>
