A Python implementation of ENMeval for ecological niche model evaluation

PyENMeval
PyENMeval es una implementación en Python inspirada en el paquete R ENMeval.
Permite evaluar modelos ecológicos de nicho (MaxEnt u otros) utilizando estrategias de validación cruzada (k-fold), métricas de desempeño y selección de modelos.
🚀 Características
- Validación cruzada K-Fold.
- Cálculo de métricas como AUC y tasa de omisión.
- Integración con datos de presencia y fondo ambiental.
- Basado en
scikit-learnypandas.
📦 Instalación
pip install pyenmeval
