A personal efficiency enhancing tool.
Local workbench
panel serve opens one local UI for materials, video data and task management.
material serve (8766) and vid-panel (8765) remain compatible launchers for the
same application. Submitted tasks run independently and survive HTTP shutdown.

remains available for ad-hoc SQL; DuckDB's native vdb ui command is removed.
