Python - InerMetricAnalysis Python wrapper for c++ implementation of inner metric weight analysis for symbolic music.

Based on imacpp a C++ library to perform Inner Metric Analysis [1] on a series on onsets. By Peter van Kranenburg and Chris Dyer.
