PyMCCE

Python implementation of core functions from Gunner Lab's MCCE

Overview

PyMCCE is a Python package that provides core functionality for molecular dynamics calculations and continuum electrostatics, inspired by the Multi-Conformation Continuum Electrostatics (MCCE) method from Gunner Lab.

Features

Installation

From PyPI (when available)

pip install pymcce

From Source

git clone https://github.com/newbooks/PyMCCE.git
cd PyMCCE
pip install -e .

Development

Setting up Development Environment

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/newbooks/PyMCCE.git
    cd PyMCCE
    
  2. Install in development mode:

    pip install -e .
