pyqbpp-abs2

ABS2 GPU QUBO solver plugin for PyQBPP.

Unofficial. It may change or be removed without notice, and no performance is guaranteed.

ABS2 predates ABS3 and keeps the current solution and its deltas in thread registers, which makes it strong on small-to-medium dense QUBO problems. Sparse or very large models are usually better served by EasySolver or ABS3Solver.

Install

pip install pyqbpp pyqbpp-abs2

Use

import pyqbpp.c32e64 as qbpp

solver = qbpp.ABS2Solver(f)
sol = solver.search(time_limit=10)

Requirements

  • An NVIDIA GPU (there is no CPU path)
  • QUBO only (degree <= 2); qbpp.cons() and integer variables are not supported, and the variable count is capped by the bundled kernels

See the ABS2 page in the QUBO++ documentation for details.
