pysect
A standalone 3D object slicer that you use in your browser
Using pysect
- Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/Anonoei/pysect - Move into it
cd pysect - Launch the web server
python3 launch.py - Access PySect at
https://127.0.0.1:8328
Use as app
- Follow steps 1 and 2 in Using pysect
- Run
python3 launch.py -s - Use the app that opens
