PySpiro

The Package PySpiro implements multiple spirometric, bodyplethysmographic and oscillometric lung function reference equations.

Currently Available Models/Equations

  • GLI2012 (Quanjer 2012)
  • GLI2017 (Stanojevic 2017)
  • Kuster2008 (PMID: 18057057)

Planned future implementations

  • Race-neutral reference equations (Bowerman 2023) (Version 1)
  • ECCS-1993 reference values (Laszlo 1993) (Version 1)
  • Static lung volumes reference equations (Hall 2020) (Version 1)
  • Oscillometric and breath-washout reference values (version 2).
