Inspired by python-telegram-bot (PTB), python-seatalk-bot is also a wrapper you can’t refuse
from seatalk import Update
from seatalk.ext import Application, CommandHandler, CallbackContext
async def hello(update: Update, context: CallbackContext) -> None:
chat_id = update.message.chat.id
await context.bot.send_message(chat_id, f'Hello there')
app = Application('YOUR APP ID HERE', 'YOUR APP SECRET HERE')
app.add_handler(CommandHandler('hello', hello))
app.run_webhook('YOUR SIGNING SECRET HERE', listen='0.0.0.0')
