pyturbseq

Description
A python package for processing and analysis of single cell perturbation data.
Install
Requires python version between 3.8 and 3.11
- tested most extensively with 3.11.4
Recommended: install into conda/mamba environment
conda create -n pyturbseq python=3.11
conda activate pyturbseq
then install with pip:
pip install pyturbseq
