pyyi
pyyi is a small package which provides cryptographic recipes and primitives to python developers. The goal is a compact, dependable toolkit: high level recipes for everyday tasks and low level interfaces to classic cryptographic algorithms such as symmetric ciphers, message digests and key derivation functions.
The wheel is pure python and needs nothing beyond the standard library.
install
pip install pyyi
quickstart

>>> key = pyyi.generate_key()
>>> token = pyyi.encrypt(key, b"a really secret message")
>>> pyyi.decrypt(key, token)
