Quantum Digital Signatures (QDS) & Post-Quantum Security Platform

qids is the official Python SDK for integrating Quantum Digital Signatures into banking transactions, enterprise document signing, and post-quantum zero-trust infrastructure.


What is QIDS?

QIDS provides Information-Theoretic Security (ITS) for digital signatures. Unlike traditional public-key cryptography (RSA, ECDSA) which can be broken by quantum computers running Shor's algorithm, QIDS guarantees that signature tags cannot be forged, repudiated, or intercepted—even by an adversary with unlimited quantum computing power.


How It Works (High-Level Architecture)

QIDS operates via a secure 3-stage pipeline:

  1. Entropy Ingestion: Syncs quantum key material from carrier-grade QKD links or local secure modules via ETSI GS QKD 014 standards.
  2. One-Time Signature Tagging: Creates cryptographic tags binding document payloads to quantum key states.
  3. Deterministic Verification: Verifiers independently confirm authenticity and non-repudiation in sub-millisecond speed using closed-form statistical verification (100% deterministic, zero ML hallucinations).

Installation

pip install qids

Requirements: Python 3.10 or higher.
