QPDSA-PY
qpdsa-py is a utility package for QPDSA. QPDSA is a web-app that allows for whole slide image (WSI) analysis with QuPath via the Digital Slide Archive (DSA).
Usage
Import package with import qpdsa_py
Installation
From Source
git clone https://github.com/kaylaneal/qpdsa-py
cd qpdsa-py
python -m pip install .
From PyPI
python -m pip install qpdsa-py
