qso-graph-config (retired)
Retired, October 2026. QSO Graph's tools now run with uv, so this installer and its pip bundles are no longer needed. This repository is archived and gets no more releases. Decision: qso-graph/.github#16.
What to use instead
Install uv once:
curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh # Linux / macOS
powershell -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex" # Windows
Your MCP client runs each server with uvx, always the current release; nothing to install per
server:
"command": "uvx", "args": ["pota-mcp"]
| You used | Now |
|---|---|
curl -sL https://qso-graph.io/install.sh | bash |
install uv (above) |
pip install "qso-graph-config[…]" bundles |
nothing: each server runs on its own with uvx |
| credentials through the manager | uv tool install qso-graph-auth, then qso-auth (Credential Setup) |
| IONIS-AI dataset download | uvx --from ionis-mcp ionis-download |
| MCP client config generation | Getting Started has a config for each client |
An existing install
An existing ~/.qso-graph/ keeps working. Once your MCP client points at uvx instead, remove it:
rm -rf ~/.qso-graph
and remove the line the installer added to your shell profile (~/.zshrc, ~/.bashrc, or
~/.bash_profile on macOS):
export PATH="$HOME/.qso-graph/bin:$PATH"
