Quality Studio
Generative quality-records, seed, and run-tracking app — a standalone Studio that serves any target application's QA needs. First reference target: PixenBio/agents-studio.
The locked v1 spec lives at project/requirements-and-design/v1.0.md. Start there for what the Studio is, what's in v1 scope, and how the backlog is organized.
