Quipu Plugin - REMAJU
Micro-plugin independiente para la extracción, validación y formateo de expedientes de Remate Judicial Electrónico (REMAJU).
Estructura del JSON Esperado
Este plugin valida las siguientes secciones:
mapeo_remate: Información general del remate (tasación, precio base, materia, resolución).mapeo_inmuebles: Ubicación geográfica del inmueble en remate.mapeo_cronograma: Fechas de publicación y presentación de ofertas.partes_procesales: Listado de demandantes y demandados.cargas_gravamenes: Listado de gravámenes asociados.
Uso
from remaju.service import RemajuPluginService
