QuIS
Quantum Instruction Set (QuIS): Serves as a single source of truth for the standard quantum instruction set that is consumed by various quantum algorithm tooling components within the Quantum Inspire platform, e.g., libQASM, OpenSquirrel, and QX Simulator.
