rad-skills CLI
Pacote público Python 3.11+ instalado com uv tool install rad-skills. Ele contém
somente o adaptador corporativo: LiteLLM autoriza a release, o Artifact Gateway privado
entrega bundles verificados pelo IAP e o Codex instala um marketplace local.

A CLI não chama Git, GitHub ou git ls-remote. Ela ainda valida a referência
git-subdir registrada no LiteLLM como proveniência — namespace, repositório, caminho,
tag e SemVer precisam coincidir com o manifesto imutável baixado pelo gateway.
install baixa em staging todos os plugins habilitados para a release; valida SHA-256,
tamanho, ZIP traversal, caminhos absolutos, drive letters e symlinks; então instala só o
plugin solicitado. sync instala todos os plugins habilitados. Em ambos os casos, uma
falha acontece antes da primeira alteração no Codex.
O cache é gerenciado por platformdirs, em diretórios imutáveis por tag e sem symlinks.
doctor verifica ADC, token IAP, Skill Hub, Artifact Gateway, Codex e permissões locais.
mcp install atlassian continua atualizando ~/.codex/config.toml atomicamente. O
helper auth iap-header imprime apenas Proxy-Authorization; OAuth do LiteLLM/Atlassian
permanece em Authorization.
