radia-mcp 0.22.0

MCP servers for the Radia CAE ecosystem. 0.22.0 adds mcp-server-radia-interop (universal CAD-MCP mesh backend): any_step_to_cubit_hex + OpenSCAD/FreeCAD adapters so any upstream CAD MCP (FreeCAD/OpenSCAD/Blender/Onshape/...) can dispatch to cubit_mesh_auto. First-and-only public MCP for Gmsh + Cubit + mesh generators.
