Parser for wsdl as plugin for rdflib

This module allows rdflib to load wsdl.
You can load wsdl files via rdflib.Graph.parse with the parser plugin wsdl
or wsdl/xml:
g = Graph().parse(PathToWSDL, format="wsdl")
