Build

Publish
python -m twine check ./refactorai-cli/dist/*
python -m twine upload ./refactorai-cli/dist/*
Install test (local)
python -m pip install ./refactorai-cli/dist/refactorai_cli-0.1.0-py3-none-any.whl
